Capacity KG / H

Dear gurus ,

i need of manage for the capacity available a capacity in the unit misure KG /H.

I created a capacity in the transaction CR12 ZCAPAC Capacity categor 001 (machine)

and in the EXTRA --- units of mesaure i inserted the value of conversion 1 kg = 1000 h .

In the CR02 i insert this capacity in the view scheduling in the field "Capacity category" and "capacity" and in the view capacity i inserted the processing formula SAP002.

After i created a production order for the quantity 1 KG but the capacity requirement don't is 1000 H.

I have mistaken some thing? You can suggest the correct steps to me?

Hi,

As you have maintained the Scheduling formula as SAP002 system calculates the process duration based on the std. values maintined in the operation details in the routing. For example: for the operation 10, under std value of machine = 10 min is maintained, then the system calculates the capacity based on this values only. If the base UOM of material is maintained in KG, and when you create production order for 1 KG, system calculates in terms of time in "min" due to this std. values.

So can u explain in detail, why do u require to do the unit conversion in the Capacity header? What type of output do you expect?
