Hello,
I created a Maintenance Order for an equipment. I add 3 more equipments in the object list tab in this order. I assigned separate operations with these object list equipments. I also assign some components against the operations.
My query is - All actual costs are showing against the reference object item (header equipment) whereas I want to capture the costs against individual equipments in the object list.

hi'
then you have to create individual maintenance order per equipments

hi puneet,
in standard SAP only order header level costing is possible ...operation level costing is possible under activation of industry enhancement(http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/da/804e3225ca4dc2ab231999f669d34f/frameset.htm)

Hi
This is beacuase when you attach multiple equipments in Object item list all these equipments are considered as Child item to Parent equipment.
So solutipn is,In A Maint Plan--->Create first Maintenance Item, then clik on Create More Items (at right side side).Assign one more equipment.Assign Work center & task list.
like wise go on adding equipemnts and respective tasklist/workcenter.
Multiple orders will be created....
Here you will able to capture cost against individual equipment in a mainat plan
