After googling, there seems no information about this syntax or anything relevant to it.

Except this link Annotations. But it doesn't mention anything about this syntax either.

Where can I find more relevant information?

    Hello Tri,

    this annotation instructs the application programming model runtime to not apply automatic persistence handling to the annotated entity. Instead, the expectation is that you provide an explicit handler for the entity and the application programming model handles calling this handler appropriately.
