Need to get total value from one query for calculations in another query

Hi ,

We have a requirement of getting total value present in a particular cell in one query(1st query) to another query(2nd query) to make use of that TOTAL in calculations in 2nd query.

Please suggest if this is possible by using replacement path or by workbook or any other options
