Data Services - unable to access Management Console

Hi all,

I have recently completed a default installation of Data Services XI 3.0 Starter.

Unfortunately, when attempting to access the Data Services Management Console, I get the default page:

HTTP Status 404 - /DataServices/

type Status report

message /DataServices/

description The requested resource (/DataServices/) is not available.

-

Apache Tomcat/5.5.20

What do I need to do to enable access to the Management Console?
