No file name in file/properties- MSword

Hello,

In DC30 Workstation application for WRD application we have:

application type = '1' - '%SAP-OFFICE-INTEGRATION.OUTPLACE%%MAXSIZE%'

on this case when i open the original of document '1234567890' there is

no file name in file/properties.

i have to use this file name for interface to another application.
