approved shoppincart in back end

can any one suggest me the approved shopping cart is not viewable in ME57tcode as a PR in r/3.

what is the problem .where i have to check,suggest me .

What is the existing configuration in SRM ?

In SPRO --> define objects foe backend systems (PR<RESERVATION...)

are you expecting PR or PO all it depends upon your data of SC and configuartion?

me53n- dispaly PR , display PO - me23n

look into follow on document folder in sc?

Hi,

1. SC is approved check in backend ME53N PR created or not.

not created check in SRM system BBP_PD for the SC any transmission error like Error in transfer process..

alco check in RZ20 monitoring log for any details about error message.

2 .check in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB if corresponding entry exits then execute CLEAN_REQREQ_UP program.

3. if entry not exists in table check in BBP_PD follow on document no reserved or not. if Yes use function module BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT

4.if None of the above use normal process execute BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER fun.module then CLEN_REQREQ_UP.

Hi ,

Check the status of the shopping cart in RZ20 ot BBP_MON_SC, if there is no error push the shopping cart manually using the function module BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER.

If there is any error occured already then the shopping cart won't be transferred to the backened system.
