In customizing of Service Desk, in transaction CRMV_SSC, I need to u201Ccomplete assignment of tabstrip panelu201D with the following record:

SRVO SRV_SLFN_1 SRVO_HD03 95 CRM_CUSTOMER_H 7196

I have a problem because I received the following error:

u201CSubscreen 7196 is not available for program SAPLCRM_SERVICE_UIu201D

How can I add to the screen profile the subscreen 7196?
