Customizing Missing after upgrade to CRM 2007

Hi Experts,

We upgraded our SAP CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007 recently and found some of the SAP Standard Customizing entries missing. We checked our Client 000 and all the entries exist there but not in our working clients which are 100 & 400. Please let me know how to replicate missing customizing from client 000 to 100 & 400.

Also, at present we found some of customizing entries missing but there may be more which we don't know. Is there a way to compare customizing in client 000 and 400, and then replicate from 000 to 400 without over-writing the Z entries created by us.
