How can i do convertion of PR to PO at background
can it be done auto on day wise.( periodic basis)

Auto Po is available in the standard sap from PR to PO . For that also we need to do one step in online
from pr to auto po using the t.code ME59 .with avoid all the step include appove pr realse pr, quotation

You can create periodic job in SM36 to automatically convert PR to PO.
use program RM06BB30 and create and select variant as per your requirement.
