Fiscal year change in Asset Accounting Error

Hello,

Actually I am getting the error at the time of settlement of WBS to Asset that "You have not carried out the Fiscal Year change in the Asset Accoutning"So I have carried out fiscal year change in the Asset Accouting in the background...But when I check the spool it shows no list generated....and still getting the same error at the time of settlement in CJ88.

Kindly advise.
