How to delete Tax codes?

HI,

I need to delete the existing tax codes as it is giving the errors because of tax jurisdiction code.Initially i have created the tax jurisdiction codes with 9 digits and later changed to 10 Digits.So that it is giving the error.

kindly adivce me how to delete the tax codes,so that later i can created them to fix my issue.
