Entry exists in the following tables '(OSLP)' when trying to add sales pers

has anyone seen this before? I try to add a new SP from the Sales Employees/Buyers and get the above message. if I run a query on OSLP the sales person doesn't exist. This is SAP 2007 A SP 00 PL 15.

This fix from SAP support was to restore the Numbering File under Help >> Support Desk >> Restore >> Restore Numbering File.

This took care of the issue.

This is a DB corruption issue. Kindly log a message to SAP support.
