Is there a BAPI function for the cash flow report --- S_ALR_87012271

Hi , guys :

There is a SAP standard report --- cash flow report (S_ALR_87012271) --- exist in IDES demo system. Does this report function have corresponding BAPI function to let me execute it from remote server ? If this BAPI function is not exist , can I convert this report function call (S_ALR_87012271) to BAPI by myself ? What is the ABAP function name for this report function call (S_ALR_87012271) ?
