How do I remove menu item "Personalize" from "options menu" in the portal? Thanks!

You need to go to your iViews and/or pages with the content admin tool and deselect the option from the property "Show Personalize".
If you built an iView template for all your iViews, it makes lofe easier to do this!

You can use the delta link tracer. Right click on the iView/page in the PCD and select Open -> Delte link tracer.
