Dear All,
we are having 1200 cost centers and with the help of cost elements we have given inputs to the cost centers. we are seeing report through T-code s_alr_87013628 all the cost elements, now can any please tell me how to down data from this t-code into excel

Before you execute the report got to
Environment--> Options
in the office integration section select Microsoft excel.
Its recommended you reduce the macro security to low before executing in excel
Tools>Macros> Security
Put this to low to avoid problems.
Revert back for further information

thanks for your answer, but in this transaction lest side a list of cost centers are displayed and in right side when we select a cost center relating to that cost center all the cost elements are displayed, now i want all the list of cost centers and cost elements to be exported in to the excel sheet.
