Problem while creating a PCR

Hi Experts...

While im trying to create a simple PCR,I am facing a problem of not getting Editor screen for particular ESG and Wagetype.

I have workedout the below process.

1.I have gone through Tcode PE02 and ticked on attributes and filled the program class as C and Country grouping and Text... later i saved the attributes.

2.I have filled ESG and Wagetupe in source text and i clicked on create...

Then i can able to see Display calculation rule.

But here i want to get the EDIT RULE Screen.

What mistake i have done in the above config.

Please advice to solve the problem...
