Problem while creating a PCR

Hi Experts...

While im trying to create a simple PCR,I am facing a problem of not getting Editor screen for particular ESG and Wagetype.

I have workedout the below process.

1.I have gone through Tcode PE02 and ticked on attributes and filled the program class as C and Country grouping and Text... later i saved the attributes.

2.I have filled ESG and Wagetupe in source text and i clicked on create...

Then i can able to see Display calculation rule.

But here i want to get the EDIT RULE Screen.

What mistake i have done in the above config.

Please advice to solve the problem...

Hi Vishnu,

pass teh ESG frouping into the home window of PE02 and then go into change mode.

i think u are processing into Table display mode.

Check thebutton in the tollbar u have. it will show a blue and black color rectanlge. Click on this it will b changed into structure graphics and now u can go into change mode.

or goto into utilities-> u will get structire graphics in the grayed mode. click on this and go into change mode.

Hi,

After writing a PCR did u save the PCR

Was any Transport request created in your client.

If not , then you have not saved the PCR so you cannot edit, U need to create it again.

I did nt write any PCR yet.Im trying to write a PCR,I did nt get the EDIT rule screen.

I want to know the way to get the Edit rule screen,where i have to fill source code statements in the rule.

Please addvice.

Please check with your BASIS team and check whether you have the proper authorization to write/edit a PCR.

Hi,

When u create a PCR you enter the PCR name maintain the Program class & Country grouping

and save ( TR is created)

After saving you get the editor or again go to PE02 and click on change/edit

If the Change button is not available , you are userid is not authorized to create the PCR

Hi,

Make sure you have the necessary authorizations to create a PCR in that system.

Also check if the PCR is open in edit mode in some other session.

Seems more like an authorization issue. Check that you are in development client and have authorizations.

Check with your basis team for authorizations for tcode PE02
