Time sheet estimation and status

Dear All,

We need to estimate man hours for last week of the month. We enter in advance these man hours in SAP.

When i save my time sheet, the staus is approved, but for this one week status is "in process".

In next month, i try to transfer the man hour cost to the project , but i am not able to transfer hours from last week as it was estimated and status is " in process".

How can i change the status of these time sheet so i can trasnfer man hour cost to project?

    On the CAC1 transaction see whether the release future time is being checked or not. Usually the inprocess status will indicate that user has entered the time on the time sheet but not released for approval. I think the release future times is not checked on the profile config so for this week is not approving it automatically for this what you can do is go the time sheet release them manually and approve it from CATS_APPR_LITE then try to post the hours.
