Shipment cost Settlement issue

Hi,

This issue is regarding Shipmentcost Settlement.

While Shipment cost settlement,the system automatically picks up a PO.My Problem is, the current PO is completed and the new PO has been created.But while settlement the system does not pick the new PO.It keeps on picking up the Old PO and we get error.

Can someone help?
