Settlement of Network Activities in case of Result analysis

Hi All,

As per the std SAP, We need to maintain settlement rule only for Billing WBS in case we are using RA.After that we need to settle only that WBSE.

So what about Network activites,do we also need to maintain No settlement profile like the WBSE which are not meant for Billing.

Please eloborate.
