Dialog workprocess response time

Hi,

I have checked the total dialog workprocess response time in ST03.it shows above 2000miliseconds.The early watch report shows red because of this.How to improve the dialog wp response time?

Hi,

Please check what is causing this high response time. You can check the various components like load time, processing time, db time etc of response time via ST03N.

Also did you check the pattern like all the time or at specific time during the day/week etc?

Hi,

In holidays the dialog work process response time is better.In working day only the work process response time very high.How to improve the dialog wp?

Dialog process performance related to a lot of different factors... like CPU utilization, network conditions (specially if the DB is in another host),etc... is not suprising that the performance is better when theres less people using the system... in this case i think you need to review if your hardware is good enough, or is used the best way.
