Reg :updation of file systems

HI all,

I have doubt regarding the updation of the file systems .We have three filesystems

/usr/sap

/sapmnt

/oracle

In these file systems are the updates happening only to /oracle file system or else all the three file systems are getting updated ?

And when will the other two file systems get updated (/usr/sap and /sapmnt?
