Authorisations

Hi

Currently authorisation for purchase order releases are on plant level. I would like to make the authorisations at a plant and sloc level or just at aloc level.

How would I go about finding an authorisation object and adding it.

I would like the change only to be for the PO release roles and any of the others.

Hi go to characteristic management CT 04 , define characteristic , In additional data define storage location table field name , in values add storage locations , add class type as 032.

then check release stratgey at spro <OMGS. u ll find storage location release strategey tab.

hi,

Activate authorization for storage location in SPRO for your plant

spro --> mm --> inventory mgmt and physical inventory --> authorization management --> authorization check for storage locations

The authorization object is M_MSEG_LGO for storage location.

Kindly discuss with your basis team for Authorization or Role assignment.

Normally Role assignment will be done by Basis Consultant
