CAPACITY DISTRIBUTION

When I am executing long term planning run and after that seeing capacity distribution in CM38 ,I found that on single date there are 8 planned orders whose production time is 1 day for each planned order.so system is showing capacity load on single day.How i can automatically tell system to consume capacity available on that day and then plan backwards ?So that my each day's capacity will get distributed rather than single day.

As far as i know it is possible with APO not in R/3 here u only get the capacity requirement but u cant restrict the W/C to overload after MRP run u have to do it mannualy by CM21

Hi,

Distributing the load can be done only through Capacity Levelling. You can drag and drop the respective order and load them as per the priority of the orders. For doing the same automatically, select the orders and click the push button "Dispatch". For getting the same as per your requirement, you have to look into your startegy profile. Check the "Scheduling control" in the strategy profile and choose the deifferent combination of options to get the required results.

Try the T-code CM22 it might be use ful for the distribution of the capacity ... of the wc
