How to delete append search help?

Hi gurus,

Just wanted to know how to delete a search help added/appended to a standard search help wherein I have deleted all of its components (internal).

I can't delete the said search help eventhough I have deleted it's internal components. Why is this so and what can I do to delete this? This ain't preventing me to do my required task but for presentation purposes, I have to delete this so no one will be mislead by this component.
