How can i customise the Project System as per our working system?

what are the parameters should take care for customise? Pls send me any link or documents.

First you need to define the business flow of your company and need to figure out how PS would fit in their business flow. It could be related to their Sales projects/ customer projects, Internal/ Capital projects or Overhead/ R&D projects.

Based on your company's requirement the configuration needs to be carried out.
