Excise not reflected for partial quantity in MIGO

Dear experts

A line item have the quantity 500 kg in the PO.

But i am going to receive 400 kg only.But if i enter the quantity as 400 kg in the MIGO The excise values not reflected in MIGO. But if i enter 500 kg in the MIGO ,then the excise values are flowing. how can i rectify?

Even i maintained the multiple goods receipt multiple credit in J1ID also
