0PS_COMPONT_ATTR

During testing, it seems that 0PS_COMPONT_ATTR extracts all Components/materials in a project including deleted ones. There is no char in this DS to indicate the deleted status of the component. The extracted data was verified by looking at

1- data in table RESB

2- tcode CJ20N - Component overview

3- tcode CN52N

I am wondering if this a program error, or there is some other logical explanation for the DS's action. I am in BI 7.0
