Communication Channel - Could not publish acknowledgements for message

I have created an IDOCtoJMS scenario and I have disabled the acknoledgment using report IDX_NOALE. Messages are correctly delivered to the JMS queue, but the following error

Could not publish acknowledgements for message: 001e0b45-e66a-1dde-87a5-feae7e624900

is displayed in the communication channel reporting. I have tried enabling the acknowledgment again, and setting the "PI delivery acknoledgment" option in the configuration, but it still does not work.
