Incorrect GOA status display...when using GOA search

Former Member

Hello friends..

In Process Global Outline Agreements...using extended search .....status is set as expired and clicking on start...then system shows a GOA with expired status which is correct.

Now in status if i set as released and click on start ...system is showing the same GOA shown in above scenario with status released....but actual status is expired...

How to correct this inconsistency..

Regards

Ratha

Hi Ratha,

there is no inconsistency.

under Expired we understand two different status.

First is when the sys.datum is compared with the validity date of the

contract and the second, when the target value is reached. In both case

the contract will have the expired status.

As you can see, this is a "flexible" status, the system determine this

during search and not reading this from a table as the other status.

Therefore can happen that by selecting the released status, also the

expired contracts appearing. This is the normal behavior.

You can use the Extended Search, where you can use additionally the Valid from - to fields for further restriction.
