Formatted search

Hi ,

I have to show the VAT and CST No. in the reports. From the BP master data Accounting tab i am not able to retrieve the data.so I created the UDF for VAT and CST.

how i have to give the formatted search for that

I tried with select $[S2018.0.0]

but i did not get the result.can u please explain me
