Hi experts,

Can you explain me or can you send me the any info document about Customizing of

Defining Reasons for Blocking Approved Manufacturer Parts .

I need to definie the For blocking reasons with the numbers "001", "003" and "004" SAP ensures

that in the standard only one warning is issued. This means, that

manufacturer part number material blocked in this way is usable in the

procurement process.

Define Reasons for Blocking Approved Manufacturer Parts

In this step, you define the blocking reasons for the procurement of MPN materials. The blocking reasons can then be entered in the approved manufacturer parts list.

Standard settings

For blocking reasons with the numbers "001", "003" and "004" SAP ensures that in the standard only one warning is issued. This means, that manufacturer part number material blocked in this way is usable in the procurement process.

Recommendation

Therefore you should create your blocking reasons according to the expected system behavior (warning or error message).
