Total package where we can get

Hi Friends

where/how we can see total package of an employee in SAP hr.

we can get form 16 for all the employees.

My client wants to know total package for particular employee.

i am not able to say to them

Yes sikindar ANSAL is not applicable for Indian payroll.

Hi,

If this is a one time req.Run the WT reporter and download all the data in excel

Run the pivot table WT wise and identify the Wt's which contribute to WT /124( regular income) and

/125( Iregular Income ) and part of gross pay/101 Make the gross total horizantal wise

You can get the CTC for each employee

If the requirement is on continuous basis make a Z program.

You can also chec the STD report for the Basic Pay , check IT0008 for any one employee

either confiogure ANSAL or else go for custom field in IT-0008
