Transport of DB table content

Hi,

I have a use case where I need to perform the following steps programmatically (functional module or class):

a) Create a Transport Request

b) Define the Target system (or group)

c) Associate table content (some query condition based on which content is selected) to this Transport Request

d) Release the transport

e) Read success/failure/logs/error message of the transport.

Any pointers related to this will be great.
