Budget year change

Hi all,

I need your suggestions about the following topic.

I have created a program structure with some Internal Orders linked to positions (approval year: 2009).

My budget profile has the following settings:

- Past: 0;

- Future: 0;

- Present: 0 (2009).

When I open a new approval year (2010) the program structure is correctly copied to the new year (tcode: IM27 - Open New Approval Year ).

But, when I want to add new Budget values for 2010 (tcode: IM32 - Edit Original), the system only allows me to insert budget over:

- overall;

- 2009;

- NOT in 2010.

How can I insert budget values on the new approval year?

Thank you in adavance for your help!

    I guess, you should modify your framework and put 1 in the Future field. Putting zero means that you can modify the budget only in current year.

      This is the point: which is the reference current fiscal year?

      I have tried to close 2009 and open 2010 (tcode: OB52), but I had no effect.

      The fiscal variant used is K4 (calendar year): is it possible that when the calendar year will be 2010 (form 01.2010) the system will be open for input?
