which format can be used while concatenating?

Hi,

I am loading data from flat file into ODS.

In this file, I have got FISCYR and FISCPER columns.

Data is fine in FISCYR as 'YYYY' but for the FISCPER we are have only periods 1 through 14. After loading, I need to have '2004003' as the value in FISCPER. I know this could be done using concatenate but should be done in which format?
