regarding the PLD in Sales Quotation

Dear All,

I have one problem .

The scenario is as follows:

For specific Customer i have to send the quotation that includes document related with the terms and

conditons which is almost the 4 pages long and also the descriptive one .In that document the various

terms are varied like terms of payment, estimated delivery and so many,so i can not set that as

default . So if any solution regarding this scenario and any solution regarding how to manage this 4

pages document in PLD or by any means is highly appreciable.
