Changes to Credit Card Processing

There have obviously been some major changes to the way credit cards are processed within sp1p1 in comparison with patch 11. When attempting to confirm an order from verify.aspx I am continually getting the error message:

Credit Card Not Authorized (2 : Unauthorized buyer's country

) [Resolve]

This is using Ogone as the payment provider.

Any help would be much appreciated.
