ERROR WHILE CREATING THE SALES ORDER

Hi,

When creating a sales order, Im getting an error "Error converting quantities: DocUn KG num. 0 denom. 0 RC 8". What could be the reason..?

Rahul,

1. Check Material master MM02 -> Enter Plant, Storage location Click "Additional Data" Tab, In it Check gor Unit of measure conversion.

ELSE

2. Check the condition record in vk12 check the conversion factors has been maintained Choose Extras --> Conversion Factors or click on the icon shown in the menu bar the icon next to Status icon.

This is due to converting unit of measure

Check in material master weather u have maintained Unit of measure conversion factors, if not maintain the same and create fresh order.

Hi Ramesh,

UoM is maintained properly, i could create the sales order for one ship-to but not for another ship-to.

Hw to resolve it..?
