Error after applying SP17

Hi,

I've upgarded solman to SP17, however the System Info page works sporadically.It gives the following error:

"com.sap.sl.util.cvers.api.CVersSQLException: Error executing SQL SELECT SUBSYSTEM, VENDOR, NAME, LOCATION, COUNTER, SCVENDOR, SCNAME, SAPRELEASE, SERVICELEVEL, PATCHLEVEL, DELTAVERSION, UPDATEVERSION, APPLYTIME, SCELEMENTTYPEID, SPELEMENTTYPEID, SPNAME, SPVERSION, SERVERTYPE, SERVERNAME, CHANGENUMBER, PROJECTNAME, PROVIDER, ALGNAME, ALGVALUE FROM BC_COMPVERS WHERE COMPONENTTYPE = ?com.sap.engine.services.dbpool.exceptions.BaseSQLException: Connection is invalid.

"

The moment I take a restart it works fine for 2 minutes & then again the error pops up.

Please help, since due to this I'm stuck up with my SMD config.
