Case Management- ProcessRoute

Hi All,

We have completed Case Management configuration.

Can anyone help us with configuration steps related to ProcessRoute starting from creation of Task till initiation and completion of all tasks involved in Process Route in ECC 6.0

Kindly give us detail step by step approach towards configuration.
