Data uploading for Asset under Construction

Hello all,

How we can upload data for asset under construction , in as91 where we can input the values if my auc is partially settled and partially under construction and its interest value.

Create the IO / WBS and post there the values and settle it from there to the AUC

Hi ,

You will have to create Internal Order for Each Asset and Also you have to create one-time clearing Account.

Step1 - Create Internal Order which is Assigned to Assets.

Step2 - Post the Amount which (Account Assignment Object- Internal Order) by

following Journal Entry

Debit Clearing Account

Creit Upload Control Account

Step 3- Settle the same to AUC (WIP) Account.

Debit AUC WIP A/c

Credit Asset Clearing Account (Cost Element)

The above is the Sequence.

Hope this clarified.
