Dear all,
after completing all configuration steps for the NEO environment ( Configure the Business Rules Service in Neo Environment -
https://help.sap.com/viewer/9d7cfeaba766433eaea8a29fdb8a688c/Cloud/en-US/3da89523952a4146ab6b05eaad6...) , I still get the error message:
"You do not have permissions to access the application." on starting the Business Rule Editor.
Can you suggest any resolution?
Thank you,
Martin
UPDATE: just checked the destination bpmrules* with the following results:
Connection to "bpmrulesdesigntime" established. Response returned: "200: "
Connection to "bpmrulesrepository" established. Response returned: "404: "
Connection to "bpmrulesruntime" established. Response returned: "404: "
Connection to "bpmworkflowruntime" established. Response returned: "404: "

NOTE: No changes have been done in the destinations delivered as default
Could this be critical for the BPM Rule Editor execution?
Thanks,
Martin
See enclosed how my authorizations are set up at the moment.
As your roles are configured fine and even destinations looks fine.
Can you close all your browsers and open rules editor in incognito mode. As times browser caches the old authorizations.

Thank you for your respond!
Unfortunately I have no success so far, even by trying calling the service from another machine.
Do you have any other suggestions what could go wrong with my account s0019320980trial?
Thank you,
Martin
BTW - see enclosed an additional print screen from the "Service Configuration: Configure Business Rules Editor - Destinations & Permissions" - when I click on edit I'm not able to select anything.
