Error:Incorrect value: Unknown QName


I have an trouble right now.when I create client porxy in SE80,I got an error like that:Incorrect value: Unknown QName don't know what's wrong,hope to get experts' reply,thank you in advance.

the WSDL is created by Apache Axis version: 1.4,as belowed:
