User Exits/BAPI in ECR/ECO

Hello All,

I want to perform the following automation during creation of ECR (Transaction code CC31), but am not able to accomplish using IMG configurations. Could anyone kindly guide me as which User Exits/BAPI can help to perform these

a.I want a Class under 'Extras --Classification' to get attached automatically, when I perform CC31 transaction. Currently I have to Manually select and attach the Class. Is there a User Exit which can help in automation?

b. I want a Standard Text (I created using transaction SU10) to automatically get loaded in Long Text when I perform CC31 for a Change Type. Currently I have to Manually attach the Standard Text to Long Text Under ECM. Is there a User Exit which can help in automation?

c. I want a Document. example a Microsoft Word File to get loaded Automatically in the Business Document Section of the ECR, when I use the CC31 transaction. Is there a User Exit which can help in this automation?

Dear Sachin

I think this needed to be done with exits only.

Dont know the right one but may be below exits can help you

PCCD0005 ECM: Check following initial screen (dynpro 100)

PCCD0004 ECH: Check before saving the change number and also check with some standard BAdis

in SPRO> Cross Application Comp> ECM> BAdis
