Contract Types

Dears,

The requirement is to create new contract types: 1) Unit rate, 2) re-imbursable & 3) lumpsum. Shall we use value contract type as base. How the service to be entered for payment i.e., how the service entry sheet works without release order or do they (end user) has to create release order every time.
