Hi,
I guess this error comes from the Microsoft Installshield rather than SAP Business One. Accordingly to Microsoft it can happen to any application.
Refer for example to [http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555175/en-us|http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555175/en-us] or [http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290158/en-us|http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290158/en-us] or use your prefered search engine. The World Wide Web is full of solutions about that.
Kind Regards
Mario

When do you get this error..which module...During which operation?
Without any background information it would be hard to know what it is???

What are the complete error messages and where did you get?
Thanks,
