Hi, I have checked a material stock in md04 as 4. when i create prod order of same mat as issue component qty 10, still the prod order shows the message that all the mat are available. what could be the reason? pls help.

Kindly check the settings for availability check .

Hi,

The scope of check is determined in OPJJ. So in this specific case, go to the checking rule & check which stocks are considered. Also it could be possible that the need date is after the replenishment lead time of this material & hence system has committed the qty.

Hello ys yadav

You have to check your settings in OPJK and OPJJ. With these customizing tcodes you can check when the system checks the available stock and also which stock it should consider.
