How to add additional field from XML to PO item tab in SNC?

We like to have the Maintenance Order Reference field added to the SNC PO item, Reference Document added. How can we add this field onto the web screen to be pulled in from the XML? Currently, only the production order no. is being pulled into SNC, even if the structure and field in ECC for production order and service order is the same.

Yes, value is available but a different field on the SNC side, so this doesn't get transferred.
