Transaction ME22 Question

Hello , in transaction ME22 , when you go to Item -> More functions -> Additional Data.... in the screen which appears you have the checkbox 'Settlement' .

This field is nowhere to be found in transaction ME22N.

Anyone know how i can make this field appear in ME22N.I've gone through PO customising (SPRO) but could not find this field.

what do you want to settle?

maybe there is a new and extra transaction to do the settlement.

Hi,

the information will appear on the position tab "condition control" if in the vendor masterdata the relevant check for subsequent settlement is set.

ok thx. i found the field in XK03 : Subsequent settlement and Subseq. sett index.Both are set but i cannot find in the field in conditiion control.

i know that you can set this field in ME31K, ME22 .is there some other transactions to set the field for it to be visible in me21n?

In Info record at purchasing org data 2 view, If you have set the indicator in vendor master after creation of info record, then the info record does not know about that change, hence the default from info record to purchase order is still as before your vendor master change.

If you cannot find the data in info record 2 view, then you may have to apply OSS note 1310629

ok so i have to set the settlement field to active in XK03 and ME13 for it to appear in condition control in ME21N?

If the info record already exists, yes.

If the info record does not yet exist, but is created with first PO, then you dont need to maintain it manually.

To go to Purch. Org Data 2 in the inforecord use Shift+F4 or via the menu Goto -> Purch. Org Data 2
